Imagine this: You woke up in the middle of the night to find your dad packing your suitcase frantically. You've never seen him look so upset, he's always been happy. He rushed you downstairs for you to find the house absolutely trashed, table and couches were overthrown. He rushes you out the door and into the car of your grandmas, then he tells you your name isn't Alessandra, It's Elena. You ask him when you're gonna see him again and he says 8 days. But it's been 8 years and you still haven't seen him. Now you're 18, you still have no idea what happened that night, no one told you. But you moved to California with your new adoption parents and goofy brother. You meet two goof balls that come with ten other goof balls that you will call your best friends and you're falling in love with one of them. But everything goes downhill, your life has turned, when you get a letter. A letter from your father. A letter that can change everything. A letter that did change everything.

He grabbed a bottle of some sort and smiled. "Nighty night." He whispered. He sprayed the substance all over me until I blacked out. -- 16 year old Cathy moves from a small Rhode Island town to the big Austin, Texas.
