"What did you do to me?" her voice so quiet nothing human would be able to hear. Yet he heard it. He heard it loud and clear, and she knew this.
"Why puppy, I haven't done anything you don't rightfully deserve." He trailed is fingertips down her soft cheek. He couldn't help himself, he had grown attracted to the wolf girl.
"I saw your e-eyes.... They changed, but you're not a wolf. What are you?" she tried not to show him how scaried she was, but he could hear her heart beating in her chest.
"You don't have to worry about that. You will find out soon enough. And I think you may be the one." One of his hands found it way to the back of her head, while the other still held her cheek.
"The one?" She started to question him but stopped when he spun her head, causing her neck to make a sick snapping sound. Her eyes glazed over.
"I am truly sorry, puppy... But talking only would have made it worse." A lonely tear found its way out of his eye while he listened to the sound of her heart slow.
