Ever since the Selection ended and America won, their life was everything but normal. The casts were gone but the riots were getting bad. Horrible even. Maxon was injured and his father dead, making him king instantly.

But that didn't stop the two.

It was December.

Maxon appeased his citizens for the time being, so the couple could escape, buy a another home, hold each other by the fire, and steal kisses from each other. That would be awesome right?

If only it worked that way for royals.
