Skyler is the typical girl, never talking too much or too little. She is relatively friendly, and has a fantastic personality. For most girls like her, life is pretty normal. Problem is, she feels like she's the only normal girl in school. The government has set up a school for 'different' kids. Consisting of vampires, werewolves, fairies, witches, and even zombies. Skyler knows she is nothing like her classmates. But the government tests on her show that time after time, she has supernatural blood. She doesn't have powers like them, and hardly knows how to use hers. This leaves her practically vulnerable. Now she feels alone at her new school, but is determined to not let everyone know about her secret. She knows if they find out, she may very well be at risk for her life.
Soleil is not at all as bright as the sun. Her personality is in a word, sarcastic; and her association is, in a way wolves are connected to the sun's opposite, the moon.
Well, there's the fact that everyone who is good to her for the last 15 years just ends up dead. So like her usual routine, she activates her nomad mode and moves to Los Angeles. But this time, already bored from the usual pattern of her miserable and bloody fairytale life, she officially becomes the lonest of the lone wolves.
Right then, she met the most unusual bunch of kids in her new high school and her life (and theirs), except for her fashion sense, became more chaotic.
