Two young teens were separated at birth. They have lived totally seprate life's. They are talented in many ways. One uses there power for good and the other uses her for laziness. They have gained the power of time over there aging. They have been forced together by the time lords. Then a dark time lord rises the young teens come together to attempt to defeat him.
