Ender Wiggins. Smart. Strong. Willing. Holly Tamaro. Compassionate. Resourceful. Wise. Holly is only nine years of age, and is being dragged in a world of war and frustration. She's the youngest trainee of all the troops that are planning on destroying the Buggers, but certainly not the stupidest. She has the will, strength, and knowledge to help Ender, her commander and friend through this war of evil and confusion. She's overlooked though, as just that innocent and compassionate little girl, who plays the part of being Ender's sidekick, making her forever questioning her place in this war. She's confused... Terrified... Hopeless... But she does know one thing: Help Ender. And make sure that this war will end.
