this story takes place in your house, on a cold winter's night when you can't sleep. 


some of you may already be familiar with my similar previous story 'A Wish' that I wrote a while back. I had a reason and goal when I wrote that, and it was to eventually write a similar story and see if I've improved in my writing skill. chances are, a while from now I will write another one of these stories and see how my writing has improved then. 

If you haven't read my story 'A Wish' I would suggest reading that first so you can judge for yourself how much you think I've improved, or if I've improved.
