Cancer has a track record that goes on longer than possibly imaginable, but it's still here today and there's still no definite cure for it. So when a loved one falls into its clutches, not much good comes out of it. It ruins lives. It puts out love like rain puts out a fire. And it doesn't stop to realize the damage its doing. Those are the things that I'd gathered about the disease that took his life. Those are also the things I hated to think about. They just made me feel emptier inside than I already was. Of course being a mere 14 years old and a freshman in high school,she never knew what happened could have ever happened to her. She was an advanced student. All of her classes advanced. She was in Algebra part 2. She was feeling so tired and felt as if she could sleep then and there. She fought it although something was off. She knew something was going to happen and after it does she doesn't know what to do. She never meant to fall in love. She never wanted to hurt anyone else by falling in love. She knew it but didn't expect it to happen. Is true love strong enough to help her keep fighting? What is it that has April fighting? Is love enough to help her fight and stay alive?
