A Heart Split For Two
Have you ever met someone, and they became your entire world? Found it difficult to breathe around them? Always on your mind? Does your heart flutter at the very thought or a specific memory? This story is for all those who had that person and lost them. Unexpectedly, someone else comes along that turns the painful memories into shadows as a new but different light begins to flicker. Can your heart give its all to what's foreign and unknown? What if your first love returns? As you're split into two new entities that rage war within your heart? Never fear; though as through the thickest of clouds that ache with anger, hurt, and doubt from the raging storm, there will be sunshine once again. Will it be before the dam bursts, and your soul mends those scattered pieces of your heart?Concluída

Convalescent
When war erupted across Europe in 1939, sixteen year old Katherine Montague had known what she wanted to do - what she had to do. Now, five years later and a trained nurse in the British army, she finds herself thrust into the thick of that same war. But as the fight for the Western Front rages on, Katherine discovers something amid the rubble of the death and destruction around her. Something that will plunge her into a completely new war - one she'd never intended to fight, but has no intention of losing. The war for William Hughes' heart. Love might be enough to win the battle, but will it be enough to win the war? If not, her own heart just might pay the price.
Wildflowers In The Ruins: A 1917 Story
Completed fan fiction for the film 1917: This is the very first fan fiction I've ever attempted. Please be kind. I hope you like it. It features all of the main characters, several of the others, plus many I've created. Northern France, April 1917: A Voluntary Aid Detachment nurse is sent on an urgent mission across no-man's land accompanying two Lance Corporals, but she will have her own mission to fullfil also and be tested in ways she never deemed possible. Each chapter is named after a flower, relevant to the story, and that you can encounter growing in the wild, either in Britain or Northern France, with the exception of roses and Sweet William's. This story does contain spoilers from the film so it's really worth watching it first. Chapers two (from around halfway through) to eight I've taken directly from the film. The script is copyrighted to Sam Mendes and Krysty Wilson-Cairns, although I've worked from what's spoken in the film rather than off the script. I've taken inspiration from other films, television and books (fiction and non-fiction) set in the First World War too such as Forgotten Voices, The Roses Of No-Man's Land, War Horse, The Crimson Field, Private Peaceful, They Shall Not Grow Old, Testament Of Youth, Journey's End and Birdsong. I've also taken inspiration from the beautiful book A Song For Will which is based on the true story of the gardeners and labourers from the Heligan Estate in Cornwall. Every character who isn't featured in the film 1917 is fictitious and the names are entirely made-up, although every female character's Christian name in my story belongs to a female relative of mine who was alive at the time of the First World War, for example my four Great-grandmothers were Mary-Jane, Lavinia, Ada and Alice. The other names were from my Great and Great-Great-Aunts. Enjoy. ❤ 🌺 ☘ 🌻 💖 🍂 🌿 🌼 💗 🌲 🌸 🍃 💕 🌹 🌱 ⚘💝 🌳 🏵 💮 💌 🌾 💐 🍁 💞 🍀Concluída

It's your anniversary when you share some exciting news with your husband! You're pregnant! Happy news right? Wrong. He's pissed and asks, "Who is he?" Where did your wonderful, sweet, and loving husband go? Do you stay with him and work through the betrayal? Do you walk away? One way or another, you're going to dust off that crown and put it back where it belongs. Firmly on your head. Shoulders back, and chin up. There are plenty of people who'd love to see you both fall.
North Road {HS}
His eyes are a shade of green I can't quite put a name to. Muddy, overwhelming, pain might come close, and maybe that's why it seems so familiar. Because his arms, clad in the faded homespun my mother once made, feel like home. He's a sad, lovely song I don't know the words too but long with every ounce of my being to sing. ----------------------------- It's 1918 and an entire generation is aching in its very bones. Love and loss are bedfellows. Sometimes in the aftermath of death things grow and in the aftermath of war is life. ----------------------------- Harry Styles/ Emilia Clarke/ Sam Claflin/ Lily James (#1 in WW1)Concluída
Watching Fritz
This is the third sequel to my award-winning Wattpad Featured Story, 'Posted As Missing', an intense adventure/romance set in the turmoil of World War One Europe. I've grown tired of blood-and-guts war stories, so I've written this series to examine deeper issues. David left the battlefields in the first chapter of the first volume of this story, and to this point, he has not returned to them. He has found far more effective ways to fight the German war machine.Concluída
