Previously: Somebody That I Used to Know "Let's break up." Those were the words she said one summer evening before they parted ways. It should have been warm that night, but the words spoken gave chills to both of them. He did not seemed surprised; he was even expecting that it would come to that point, eventually. He turned and walked away without really caring where he would go. The silence was weighing down upon him, and he could not bear it. He muttered loudly what he was thinking the whole time they were together, even though he was not sure how far she was, if she would hear him or if she was still there - "Whatever."

Two years ago Leonardo broke up with Alexis. He told himself it was for the better, she couldn't understand why he had done it.
