Malani is a nail technician in extending Hollywood Institute so she can get her license to become a full specialist. Malani live in a neighborhood called Brownsville AKA the subs. Malani and Kane met from her younger sister Nyla when she was going with Ace.
In the midst of the relationship Kane find himself in some deep trouble in going through a lot of problems. From both of his little brothers getting shot and shot at. One of his cousins end up getting killed over something he had nothing to do with.
His auntie house getting shot up he don't know what to do he losing his mind. Kane end up getting into one situation that he regrets getting into. From putting the police on a high speed chase then end up going to jail. Kane was receiving a lot of bad news inside the prison cells. One of his cousin's and up getting killed.
His little brother almost lost his life. A couple days prior to him going to jail he almost seen God 3 times but God saved him. Malani feels as if she came into his life for a reason. She constantly tells him God put us together on purpose.
