Loop 12

The sequel to Exit Renner (NaNoWriMo 2008), Loop 12 takes readers to a different kind of journey. Experts currently believe that the brain shuts down within 20-30 seconds of the heart stopping, but scientific cases have long since reported that those who have been "clinically dead" for more than three minutes still had some type of consciousness (Resuscitation journal Sept 7th, 2014). What if you lived in your consciousness after you died? Where would you go?

Enter Mayleen, the Ghost Girl, who died instantly in a car crash while driving on Loop 12, a series of connected roads encircling the DFW metroplex.
