Año 3100 d.C. Después de la catástrofe nuclear "Eras" el mundo ah quedado reducido a una pequeña ciudad llamada Laif, donde con la eliminación de los estereotipos de " bien y mal " y los códigos de conducta, la ciudad se ha descontrolado y las personas pueden seguir sus libres instintos, todo de manera legal.
