The president has announced that once the clock hits 12 pm the whole world will be wiped out, dead and gone. We have to pay for our sins, we have to rejoice by recreating the world. God will recreate Adam and Eve, because our generations have tumbled down into a terrible fall.

With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power.
