We have always lived in the woods. Gathering materials, foods, and other necessity so that we may survive each night. We hide from the Giants that stop through the forest, trying to devour us, the last surviving clan of the forest. But we have to stay and wait for our sign to leave. Where the Great Spirit will send a sign that it was time to leave and guide us to the rest of our clansmen.
But... now I've received a dream where men could fly with wings of black and white. Who are these people and why has the Great Spirit send me this?

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩.. ... 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪? Nobody said being part of a military branch, the Survey Corps, which has the highest kill-rate among all those you could have chosen, would be the same that'd make your past resurface unbidden. Having run from your homeland into the dangerous embrace of armed forces was your only way to escape what previously seemed inescapable - being seen as nothing but a plaything for your family. Rape, loss of loved ones, alcoholics in the family beating you almost daily. Everything you swore to abandon you came back to you in the form of dreams. Defending humanity from its biggest threat, gigantic humanoid creatures which are called 'Titans' seemed like your only way out. Dying here wouldn't be here at the hands of those you had to call kin, at least. Training by oneself alone won't do the trick. So, the Commander assigned you his best soldier as your mentor. A grumpy, blunt, vulgar and aloof bastard with an affinity for cleaning and tea was the man who would watch over your every step in order to become one of humanity's most valuable soldiers. Yet, day by day, restless nights keep you awake. Trauma keeps you away from food you once could eat without a problem. And someone who shouldn't make it 𝘢𝘯𝘺 of his business. The 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 person who should 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦, began to visit you regularly at night, when sleep evaded you. Slowly, a professional boundary merged with unforeseen affection you've never been shown before. A romantic connection begins within barracks. Will you be able to defeat the ghosts of your past within a world that is bound by loss and death?

»Sequel of both 'Flying on Her Wings' and 'Humanity's Savior'« Spark has been encased within her diamond prison for many years. What the Survey Corps didn't know, is that she gave herself a little bit of movement so she could begin slowly chipping away at the shell with her own abilities- making it possible for her freedom. Once she finally frees herself, she realizes everything has changed. Rachel has lost the ability to fly. She misses the wind whipping her hair in her face, and the feeling of the powerful strokes of her wings as she glided across smooth air currents. Now, many years later, she is beginning to feel differently- as if her wings themselves are becoming... lighter? Rachel refuses to get her hopes up, but she can't help the spark of joy she feels every time she can move her wings a little easier. When these two meet, their fates are changed dramatically- for better or worse, it is unclear. Spark realizes that Humanity no longer needs her assistance within the walls, and decides to move back into her forest to live out the rest of her days in relative peacefulness. Rachel decides to join her, and the two become fast friends as they work together to bring down the rogue Titans. Over time, Rachel regains easy control over her wings, and Spark increases her strength and other senses as well. But will the peace last? What if the Survey Corps go looking for Spark and Rachel, needing their help once more for a fight they can't win? And what if Eren, Armin, and Mikasa are now leading the charge? *Please note that this is a sequel to both stories called 'Flying on Her Wings' and 'Humanity's Savior'. Read those first, if you want this to make sense.* This story belongs to the user @_Rainy_Melody. The ever-so-stoic Levi Ackerman has only ever known the terrors that living in a cruel world could bring. This all changed one fateful day when he encountered [y/n]; a girl renowned for her looks and abnormal speed. As they escape the confines of the Underground together, they soon discover that freedom doesn't come easy in a world full of Titans. As they rise through the ranks, [y/n] becomes known as "Humanity's Angel", a beacon of hope to humanity as she melts the walls Levi had built around his heart. However, she has her secrets too, and a dark past that might just threaten to pull them apart. "You can push me away, but I will still fight by you, and I will still follow you... until the end." The storyline and characters of Attack on Titan do NOT belong to me, but all to Hajime Isayama; however, I do own this story and all that occurs disparate to that storyline. The image utilised in the cover also does NOT belong to me, all credit to its owner.
