You and I

Its funny how fast your perspective on life can change. One moment you love life, one moment you hate it. Its part of what makes us humans. If we didn't have our ups and downs, we would be dead. They say that life works out in the end.

I used to agree.

Now I'm not so sure.

I used to be happy. My boyfriend loved me, my friends loved me.
I loved my boyfriend, I loved my friends.

I was happy with my family.

Now I'm not even speaking to them.

Why?

Because I moved. My parents forced me to leave behind EVERYTHING I had. All my memories.

I lived in Texas 'till I was 16. I had a plan. I knew where I was heading in life.

Once you reach 16, its hard to start from 0.

And yet, that's what my parents expect me to do.

In Malibu, California.

To make things worse, they're not even here with me. Me and my sister moved with my parent's best friends.
They said it would last 4 years. My parents needed a break. They were still depressed about my brother's death. Its been 2 years. Hell, even I moved on.

I guess some people can't let go that easily.

Anyways, that's how I ended up here, living with my parent's best friends, and their 2 annoying sons.

Oh, and to make things worse, I think I'm falling in love with one of them.
