Amelia Brown is the youngest child of Cilla Battersby-Brown, making her the little half-sister of Fiz and Chesney Brown. Cilla left Weatherfield with Amelia when she was only seven years old and then they moved again to France when Amelia was twelve. Amelia hated life in Las Vegas, but she hates life in France even more. All she's ever wanted since she was seven years old was to move back to Weatherfield and when she's sixteen, she finally takes control of her own life and gets on a plane back to the UK, back to the only place that's ever felt like home to her. Fiz and Chesney are shocked to see her but they welcome her with open arms and Amelia already feels a lot happier than she ever did living with her mother. She meets a charming young man named Daniel Osbourne and they instantly connect with each other, but there's one problem; he's almost six years older than her.
