Theo Gerard, a young boy who was born in Russia and moved to France when he was 4, his father was already living there and his mother abandoned him once they got there. Viktor Gerard, Theo's father has been on the Council of Minister's since he was 29, his sister Faith Gerard is off in battle, and this has left Theo to do nothing other than hang out with his best friend Axel Blanc. Now it's been 10 years since he moved to Toulouse and now he's moving again, but this time to Paris, where he meets two very interesting people. Thing is, him and Axel might be just as interesting.
