In the midst of supernatural disease and war, the Elves were trying to make the perfect army, perfect killing machines, that would be able to wipe any enemy from this Earth. Elves, who were once pure beings, bribed humans to give them their children in exchange for riches beyond imagination. Well, this was D's life. D's parents gave her up for their own selfishness. Lab test after lab test, D was filled with different supernatural blood until she changed. She became something else, something entirely different. Once D got her powers and escaped the Laboratory from Hell, she had a personal vendetta. She was no longer the human scared of everything, the human she used to be. Now everyone feared her and said she even smelled like death. She is Death and she seeks revenge for her creators one by one. She is everyone's worst nightmare.
