When her parents died in a car crash and her only living relatives in North America was her uncle. They kinda just say 'here'. Because of that her uncle hates her, verbally and physically abuses her.
But because of how vulnerable she looks no one really wants to know her in fear that they will have to take care of her. At this point she's shattered, broken, destroyed. But then something happens. After someone finding out that her uncle beats her, he suddenly gets into a accident. The thing is, he doesn't drive.
Sure that would have been good, except for a certain letter that says he will be coming back to be rewarded for helping her. But she didn't want that to happen.. Or did she?
