What if you were blind and abused all the time? How would you be able to love someone? Well, Ja'mez's life is like that now. He's just a 20 year old man still living with his parents and being abused everyday. He cannot get away because he is blind. His only companion is his dog, Skinner, a Golden lab. But now things are changing for him. He starts to fall for Jannie one of his best friends, since they were babies. She sheds a light for Ja'mez and helps him realize that the world is full of color once more.
