Again.'

Alena is trying her best. That's all she can do. She's not overly badass, good girl, girly, tomboy, or nerdy. She's just...Alena. She hasn't had a lot of boyfriends, or is rich or famous. She probably won't ever be the president or go into space. She's not average...because what even is average? She reads and listens to music, mostly to give herself a break from her own mind. You might notice that she won't hold eye contact, but she is still listening. Maybe you see a thing layer of tears over her eyes. Or maybe you will find yourself facing an emotional wall when you try to get to know her. You might find her clingy, but she is probably just holding onto something that her mind is telling her over and over again that you don't like her, why would anybody like her dramatic self? Maybe being dramatic is the only way that she can scream out for help without directly telling you the she is slowly falling apart.

Maybe she is just trying to give you a silent message that she needs help.

She'd always thought he was rude, but after that night he's all Ella can think about. Now she's trapped. If Ella dates Ren, it will ruin her friendship with Jenny. But if she stays true to Jenny, she's losing the one person who can see past her scars. It's up to Ella to decide if she will forge her own path, or stay in the "perfect" box designed for her...
