After a stint playing college and professional football, Brian Shulman has taken his health seriously throughout the latter part of his adulthood. In fact, when it comes to staying in shape Shulman is a shining example of what to do in your 50's, "I work out 6 days a week with a variety of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), endurance road biking, free weight training, and yoga."

In 2001, he founded what's now known as LTS Education Systems after considering his young child's adoration of video games and contracting boredom with school. "It seemed a natural fit to combine the growing popularity and access of video games with the need to improve motivation related to academics," Brian Shulman said.
