Adults, teens and children of all ages have started disappearing since a couple of months ago throughout the country of Elysia.They have either been found shot dead or brutally murdered and sexually abused with their internal organs missing.

Shot dead and organ trafficking. Are the two cases related?

Is it the same group of criminals who are responsible for this? 

Only the Police have been given the permission to investigate on this case by the President himself. Will they be able to track this professional good for nothing Mafia group without the IAE's (Intelligence Authority of Elysia) help?
