Sequel to When Worlds Collide ~ Alpha Olive
"No! Don't touch me!" I scream at the top of my lungs, holding my hands up to protect my face. My body is filled with adrenaline, fear, despair. Everything is blurred and I can barely see anything now that the sunlight is burning into my eyes. Sunlight, I can't remember how long it's been since I've seen the sun.
"I won't hurt you. I'm here to help." The voice of an angel reaches my ear and my eyes flutter open again as his figure shields me from the light. But fear takes over once more, it's a trap. He wants me to feel hope again only to take it away from me. I want to go back. To my own world where nothing can hurt me and no one can touch me. I want to... I want to... Die.
A light touch to my hand has me freezing on the spot. There's something about his touch. It's.. gentle. Not hurtful. It's warm and freeing. He must be an angel, taking me to paradise. To my father. I'm ready to go.
"Am I finally dead?" I whisper towards this glowing godlike creature. He looks taken aback by my question but a smile has already formed on my lips. It's finally over. My tourniquet has arrived. I'm free.
Relaxing all my muscles, I close my eyes and let the beautiful angel pick me up and carry me to paradise.

Grey Weathers thought he was going on a relaxing vacation with his "friend with benefits" pal, until he walks right into two people that seem like the perfect couple, Dylan and Casey. What he doesn't know is that this couple are actually mates. Dylan and Casey are a couple of werewolves and their instincts are telling them that Grey is more special than he knows.
Grey finds himself in the middle of family drama, bloody secrets and a plot that would like to see every supernatural creature wiped from the face of the earth. All this is a lot to deal with, especially when he's falling in love with not just one, but two people. Could they be falling in love with him too? Is that possible? To fall in love with someone like him?
