Disguised and hunted.

That's the life of an Elemental summed up in three words. Each and every day, they fear being caught. They fear that their abilities will be discovered, only resulting in them being locked away for a lifetime. Humans are afraid. They are scared that those with more power than they possess, so it is only a given that they would try to suppress it. There was no thought put into the possibility that Elementals could be good, could be helpful. The only thing to do was to capture, eradicating the threat as much as possible, a threat that only seems to grow the more this process continues.

Meet Alexandria Rein, a water Elemental who lives a normal life. She's a preschool teacher, a best friend, a girlfriend. Normal in every way, save for the fact that she can control water as she pleases. Having her closest confidant, the girl she's known since diaper days, be a fire Elemental is a small comfort, because at least if they're in it, they're in it together. Yet, they must hide what they can truly do for the sake of their freedom.

Enter Chase Gold, Alexandria's roommate, who is unaware of what makes her different. He's perfect, a person she could no doubt fall in love with. Still, she is unable to tell the truth, unable to show all of herself. As her feelings for him grow deeper, and their romantic journey progresses, she is caught in the middle. Despite the fact that she thinks he could accept her, there's still that nagging, a voice in her head telling her not to say anything.

Follow the two as they continue on with their lives, and  as their classic, cheesy, and no doubt cliche love story advances. It is no surprise that their friendship turns to something more, no surprise that they could possibly spend their lives together. That is, until something goes wrong.

So this is been in the works for ages it first started off as a mini story with my friends way back when and it was at most like 5 pages so this definitely needs some explaining and expanding. And recently one of those friends told me they wanted to start this up again so now we and a few others are gonna bring this to life fully new story and all. So this will be a collaborative project with a whole bunch of friends. The main idea when it was first made was a zombie apocalypse with the people in that world having elemental based abilities. It still is mainly that we just decided to change up the world lore and whatnot. So hopefully y'all enjoy. Life seemed well in this world, people waking up going to school or to work or simply just getting up to go on a walk. Life was good, great even until an explosion that destroyed one of Americas most famous cities went off instantly starting a panic across the world. At first everyone thought it was gonna lead to a war with another country little did everyone know it would turn into something much, much worse. A zombie outbreak is upon the world will the survivors be ready or will they fall victim to the apocalypse.
