This story is about Juleen, a girl the age of 14. She is a girl of sleek chestnut-brown hair, a slightly rounded face, and faded blue eyes. She has trained and been practicing her knife-wielding skills since she was 8, in her home in District 7. Unlike the bravest Hunger Games victor in history, Kastin's Everdeen, Juleen had not been practicing in private. District 7 was the Lumber district, so all of the young boys had been trained to use axes and knives. Juleen' older brother, Brian, had been her trainer. Her parents had both died in the Hunger Games, so Brian had been parenting Juleen since she was at the young age of 5. Juleen vowed that if she had ever been chosen for the Hunger Games, she would win for her family.


FUN FACT: Juleen is the name of my aunt who just happened to have died when she was 14. Depressing, but interesting!

Katniss Everdeen is married to Peeta Melllark the love of her life and are back in district twelve. Coin kept the games and Prim is still dead. Mrs. Everdeen lives in katniss's old victor home and is a grandmother to twins. Diana Mellark and Finnick Mellark. Gale lives in district two with his own family. Haymitch is a grandfather because he married Katniss's mom after all they went through. Katniss and Peeta's kids are very different. Diana is like Katniss and has her skills with a bow and arrow and hunting. She has her father's talent with a sword, painting, and baking. Finnick on the other hand is like his aunt Prim and grandmother. He likes to take care of people. The story starts with Diana as a seventeen-year-old on the day of the reaping of the 99th hunger games. The Mellarks have a track record for being in love with their district partner. Will it happen again with one of their kids. Also Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch don't have to be mentors. I don't own the characters of the original hunger games. I give the credit of their characters to Suzanne Collins.
