Maxcine Greene was thrown for a loop when the world decided to go to shit. Trying to live a some what normal life with her family, she knows she needs to keep the farm and her family safe. 

One day she can see a man running near the house with a child loosing blood in his arms. Her father decides to help out the kid and open the farm up to the rest of their group for the time being. What happens when she lays eyes on a certain redneck and falls for him and he falls for her too. Can they make it through the challenges together or will they crumble under pressure?
