Young today wasn't wanted. She was dumped in the snow when she was born left to die. A dragon found her and adopted her. She learned the ways of dragons while secretly learning how to be human. One day she was out hunting for food when she was attacked. She was left in a coma. When she wakes up ten years later in a Viking clan. She is shocked. When she tells everyone to return her to the dragons they laugh and say it is the coma speaking. She starts to believe them but then the dragons come.
This is a mix of the past and the future. Based in Viking times but with modern things like phones and technology.

"Do you remember calling me 'mate?'" he asked softly, pushing her wild curls away from her face. She blushed deeply, but he wouldn't let her look away. "You heard that?" He nodded with a smile. You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again.
