Trace is a curious, and adventurous sixteen year old boy, wandering around the Kingdom of Otel in search for action. But when, on one fateful day, a mysterious group of people ambush him, and place a curse on him, his life completely changes.
With the help of an organization known as The Daybreakers, Trace sets out on a quest through Otel and other kingdoms to find those who had cursed him, so that he may be free from his malediction.

The Royal blood he carries has made him a porter of the royal curse. A horrid and painful curse one royal family member has to endure for the rest of their life until death; otherwise it will move to another family member. The day of his execution he dies and travels back to the past; this time however the curse is no longer on him but on his dear sister.
