#1 in the series || "Are you going to leave?" I asked, looking up into his eyes. "Never." He said, a tired smile spread across his face. "Don't make promises you can't keep." I said looking down, and I felt him tense up. "I don't break my promises." -Emma and Brody- (Highest rank in teen fic #98) (Highest rank in humor #31) I wrote this when I was a lot younger and inexperienced, if you're going to complain that it is cringe worthy, DO NOT READ! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT! P.s. can you do me a favor and not cuss in your comments? Unedited btw. Previous Covers by @jellycat7483 and @niallslilgurl

Mouse, a timid young woman who is on the verge of understanding herself, is thrown into a world of hurt, fear and danger. She must learn to depend on the help of strangers all the while learning to depend on herself. Will she conquer her trauma and build a better life? Or will she let it consume her and ultimately let it destroy her and others along with it? "Would you like to come in?" I choked. I didn't want to seem rude but at the same time, there was a limit to how nice I would go for this stranger. He shrugged his shoulders and took a step back from the house. "I better not." He yawned and rubbed his face to rid himself of sleep. "Once I come in you wont be able to get me out." He laughed. My hand drew to my mouth like a pulley system. I looked down at my shoes and cleared my throat. "Thank you for walking me home." "It's no problem, but like I said, the debt is not repaid." Apollo turned around and began to walk away. "See you later kid." I shuddered at the thought. "Are you going to keep following me?" Apollo laughed. "Wouldn't you like to know." "I will get the authorities involved." He laughed and threw his arm over his head, waving goodbye. "That's what they all say!"
