The Bedlam Candle

An excerpt:

"He made careful steps approaching the door at the end of the corridor-the locker room, the doctor thought. He observed the shadow moving, as if the person in the room was restlessly looking for something. Once he neared the door, he heard a triumphant, if not, crazed laugh from the person in the room. The Doctor held his breath once he has placed his hands on the doorknob. He told himself that he would push the door open in three, two...!"
