Clipped Faith: The Miidak Revolution

On Earth, the year is 2540 AD and it's people have been prospering under the Sol Federation. But some members of the organization do not fare so well. The Boki of Miidak struggle under the iron talons of the state religion; the Church of Abadan, a faith founded on deception and fear, which keeps most of the population isolated from outside cultures or people. The avian citizens of Miidak live in fear of the ruling state, but a fellow federation member, the Democratic Saathid States, have been secretly supplying the insurgents in a particularly sneaky move. Our story follows the trials of Fu'Ka, a Bokian who is unwillingly thrust into the revolution as the church nearly has her executed on minor charges. Will she live to see a planet other than her own?
