In the Badlands there is so much crime that it is almost impossible to stop. Most police officers have given up and turned to crime. Very ironic. At least that's what one gun woman thinks. She's very well known in all parts of town. It's funny, really. Everyone knows her face, or thinks they do, yet they never see her coming. Not usually the rescuing type, she finds herself watching someone get pummeled in an alleyway. The fight isn't all that interesting and the poor, pathetic bastard was going to die in an unfair fight. Now we couldn't have that could we?

So, it should be effortless for him to catch her since she has no superhuman abilities. Except it's not. Tempest has a deadly virus no scientist, no government, no god can ever get rid of. So, when she finds out she is being hunted down by not only the hero society but the face of it, she turns to biological warfare. The few other people with the disease would never dare to do something like that, but Tempest would. If it guarantees her coming out on top, she will.
