The Van halts to a stop and I find I am hanging off a bridge by one hand above a lake. The obvious thing is I can't swim. The woman walks out of the van. " You stupid little girl" she says in a evil tone "why would you do this to yourself and now you probably know what I am going to do to you". I do know and I know begging and pleading won't help. So the next thing she does is step on my fingers with spikes on the bottom of her boots and I plunge in the water. As I am falling I can hear her laughing hysterically but then I hit the water and I black out. ( There is violence in this book for readers 12+)
