Almost all her life the only thing Loxy Monroe ever felt was the needles being injected into her skin. Her power was the first of any human known in history, and not even the most intelligent doctors and scientists could explain her.  When it was proposed that one hundred delinquents would be sent to the ground, Abby Griffin almost didn't let her go.

That's why Loxy decides to finally escape the clutches of Abby and the others and sneaks onto the dropship.

But it turns out Loxy hadn't been the only one to sneak onto the dropship. And the one hundred suddenly became the one hundred and two.
