When Theodore Rambone is dismissed from his position as the top inventor at the Laboratory for "the overabundance of exploding things", he must now adjust to being entirely mad in a world of entirely average people. However, the task proves much harder than he originally believed when his love for the absolute impossible is looked down by his fellow boring acquaintances. Especially his next door neighbor who can't keep her nose in her own business.
