Before Gaster really became the royal scientist, he was the head scientist in a small band of scientists. They committed research to make artificial determination to keep monsters around longer. But Gaster then had a son and decided to quit. Months later, the new head scientist invited Gaster over to see the work they have done. Everywhere was broken limbs of skeletons. It was horrible. They had tested on made test subjects. All skeletons. They were force fed determination everyday. Only the strongest survived. And that was only 5 subjects. 1A, 2A, 1B, 2B, 3C, and the youngest, 3D. Gaster grew outrageous of this. They had used his research to make something horrible! He attacked the head scientist and was put to quart. But once Lady Toriel heard the story, everything was shut down. Gaster was given the task to care for the subjects. A lot of troubles faced them in the future. Especially 3D...

Remembrance - An Undertale Story-DISCONTNUED by MEJ2235
8 parts Complete
Long ago, two races ruled over the Earth. Humans and monsters. At least, that's the story we all know. There was another race. Technically, they were monsters. Skeleton monsters to be exact. Humans shunned them because they were monsters. Monsters shunned them because humans had skeletons. In retaliation, the skeletons split into two different races. The Surface Skeletons and the Abyss Skeletons. The Surface Skeletons reaches out to both monsters and humans. However, when the war started, they were some of the first monsters attacked and many were killed when they fought with the other monsters. Only a handful were sealed underground but without the Sun to strengthen their bones, the skeletons suffered until they received anonymous help. Very few survived to this point and slowly, they died out. The Royal Scientist at the time and his wife tried to have children. Each time left them severely weakened. Each child dusted until the wife gave up her life to bring a great skeleton into the world. That child is the last of his kind. The Abyss Skeletons shunned all other monsters and humans, considered them all demons. Their society was alike human society long ago. Divided. They believe they are strong and emotions only weaken. The class system was rigid and they possessed a kill or be killed attitude to all other monsters and humans. They thrived underground and ended up building their society in the Underground's own Abyss. It is a shame that only their leader can reclaim their heir from the corruption caused by those demons. Warning: Rated Mature for possible smut and probable gore. I'm sorry I don't know what I'm doing but this ain't for little kids. Also, cover doesn't belong to me. Credit to creator. Found it randomly when I searched up Undertale.

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. The feeling sat in his in the pit of his stomach, tying itself into knots, until that fateful rainy day when all of his questions would be answered. So basically, this is a fanfiction of a fancomic of the game Undertale. Look, I'm gonna admit, I'm little stuck in the Undertale fandom, so this is my of slowly crawling out of it. Anywho, I strongly suggest you read the fancomic which this fanfiction is based off of, DeeperDown, before reading my story. Here, I'll give you a link. http://gettingdeeperdownwithundertale.blogspot.com/ Anyway, enjoy the story, it took me about 11 months to write, so please consider enjoying it, seriously. - Ya Boi, Fox
