Human organ-eating creatures suddenly populate abandoned buildings and underground railroads of Blue Lake City. Taylor becomes the first victim to escape from the monsters' captivity at the hands of a mysterious hero. Jake, set out to hunt down the monsters terrorizing the city. Realizing that she is powerless against the beasts, Taylor insists that she gets trained by the hunter to help put an end to the horror that has fallen upon Blue Lake City and avenge the death of her friends.
