"I don't think anybody wakes up and says 'Hey, today I'm going to be gay for the rest of my life!' It's all a process that nobody can really explain."

••••••••

When Gemma Patterson was five, she didn't have a mother for the first time in her life.

When she was 12, she felt as if she was losing her father.

When Gemma turned 16, there were no parties, no surprises, and no presents.

The only surprise was the lifeless body hanging from the ceiling when she returned from school.

That was the day the school mute was born. Gemma the gay school mute, who didn't really care if dying on the outside and the inside would attract guys or girls.

And in her claim ( before her voice withered away ), the sound of clacking heels were way more arousing than tough, hard business shoes.

Bianca's father died after she finished her national service, and it was quite difficult for her as she had to take on the responsibilities of taking care of her sick mother and siblings. At that time, before the death of her father, who was the breadwinner of the family and responsible for taking care of his sick wife and family. But when her father died, the weight was so heavy on her that she didn't have a job or money to sustain herself and her family, or even to pay for and perform all necessary burial rites. Oyinola Adebayo, who is Bianca's friend and whose parents are wealthy, assisted in taking care of her father's burial rites and Bianca's mother's hospital bills. Bianca, a God-fearing Christian, applied to several companies but got rejected despite being a first-class graduate of business administration. Heavily saddened by the rejections from companies she had applied to, she began working in a local restaurant in order to provide for her family and pay her mother's hospital bills. One day, after work at night, Bianca found a lady who was stranded and soaked in the rain. Feeling sad and bad about once being in her shoes, helped her and spent her last penny on her, ordered a cab, and took her to her home. (Book 5) *Complete* Wren grew up on the west coast, in a wealthy neighbourhood of Portland Oregon, she was not shy of attention, growing up with the famous Teddy Nomikos as one of her moms. She is fresh out of high school, leaving home for the first time, and leaving the hormonal house behind, two teenage sisters Olympia, 16, Josephine, 14, and a little brother, Bastion "Bash", 6 Teddy and Harper would cry when they dropped her off but Wren was literally up the road, at the university of Oregon, her adult life just beginning. College to Wren = Party, Girls, Party, Girls, with a side of majoring in psychology and soccer. Wren was all about that college party life, until someone a little older catches her eye, someone who she shouldn't try it with, but she couldn't help herself, she had confidence for days... and this young teacher, oof, she did something to her, what a surprise to find her at a gay club on a Friday night in the city... and to find she had no idea who she was?! What could possibly go wrong there. Millie Dawson was a young teacher, Twenty three years old, newly graduated with a masters degree and teaching her first year at the community college, whilst simultaneously assisting her mother Moira at the university in her speciality, psychology. Millie crammed so much into her learning and work life that she didn't much notice anyone around her, certainly not the beautiful girl sat in her mothers class, who she would have recognised as a student had she ever looked up long enough, and she could have then avoided the moment she stepped over the line and became inappropriate with a student. Wren was impossible, impossibly cute, driven, confident, funny, gorgeous and intent on making Millie fall for her, no matter how she tried to avoid it. Then there was Ava, Wrens ex from high school...who hadn't been able to quit thinking about her. *I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS BOOK TO BE COPIED, OR ADAPTED ON THIS PLATFORM OR ANY OTHER*

For 17-year-old high school senior Evan Brooks, life could be better. He's a social outcast at school, stuck in a rural Alabama small town he never wanted to move to, and he's got a secret he's desperately trying to keep: he's gay. When he embarks on a weekend vacation to the Florida panhandle with his hypermasculine brother, homophobic stepdad, and aloof mother, none of them can anticipate how much a simple 3-day trip will change their lives forever... CONTENT WARNING/TRIGGERS: Please note that this story contains very strong language at times and some mature themes. Some characters face emotional abuse. There is also a small amount of physical abuse, but it is mostly implied apart from one scene which is not extremely graphic. Some characters are homophobic, and a slur is used a handful of times. **2025 Update: Hi! This was my very first attempt at crafting an entire story from scratch all the way back in 2020, and I'd like to think my writing has since improved. I will soon be revisiting this story and making some enhancements - most notably, splitting up current chapters into smaller ones so they are much more easily digestible. In addition, I'll be making some edits to grammar and formatting, as well as giving some of the dialog a refresh in an effort to be less...cringe. Lol. There are also a few plot points I want to smooth out. While all of this is happening, the story will still be available in full here on Wattpad, though you may notice some "construction" happening (i.e. one chapter is very long and then there's a super short chapter, one chapter is formatted differently than another, etc.) Thanks for your patience while I work to spruce up this story :) I hope you still enjoy it in the meantime!

| Cover by Sunkissedmuffin | (I changes my user) Eric didn't choose or really want to be gay, it just kind of happen- something that just happened, he can't even remember how he found out he was gay all he knew was that he was, And it wasn't like there's nothing wrong with that. Eric wasn't homophobic, he didn't feel disgusted in himself but rather disappointed. Everyone put pressure on him to be this perfect person, whether it being grades or sports or family- everything would be ruin if he came out. That's why he hadn't told anyone in the last couple years, not because he's scared- pft, Eric Goodmen scared? Star football player? Could have all the women by just a click of a button if wasn't for being in love with the same gender- scared? He was just a little 'inconvenienced'. One party changed everything though- to many drinks and making out with the wrong gender to send his fake perfect life crashing down when discovering out the first person he came out to, kissed, and had sex with was Callum Micheals. Mr pretty boy. Like life flashing before his eyes- Eric questioned whether Callum remembered or not? *** The smell of a nose itching fabric softer, too expensive for his parents to buy and the feel of warm feather pillows is what Eric woke up to. His body was somewhat tired, and sweaty but besides that, he felt good- he even let out a morning moan sitting up with his arms to look around, he was at Jackson's. A light ache from his hangover rang through his head reminding him that he drank a lot last night seconds later, he opened his mouth to hiss or groan in pain, but the groan that brought silence to the room wasn't his- it was, "Callum?!" Eric whisper shouted.

My Promise To You

I had never felt this way before, I had never felt the immediate butterflies swarm my stomach as soon as I saw them, but this was different. As soon as the new boy and his girlfriend moved to my school, I only expected to get to know them both just the same as everyone else, but I felt differently towards one of them. But it wasn't the new girl, it was her boyfriend Clay... I was gay and it wasn't something which I hid, I often attended the LGBTQ+ club held at school too. However it just had to be that the boy I had fallen in love with was already in a relationship, I knew I couldn't mess it up, but I couldn't hide this forever.
