Highway To Her Heart

1700, that’s the year it all happened. The year He met her. The year they fell in love. The year one man got jealous. But also the year something tragic graced the town. Highwayman is a term used in the olden days that means robber or thief. Sometimes they steal from the rich to give to the poor, other times it’s only for themselves.

You need not know the highwayman’s name, or his age, only that of a love so strong it conquers all thoughts and emotions. On the night of August third the highwayman is after a jeweled prize, little does he know he will find something far better than jewels. Some say it was love at first sight, others believe differently. Bess, the landlord’s daughter, isn’t a pawn in the highwayman’s life-although others say she is.

When you guys read it, try to imagine the characters talking with a British accent. The story would make a lot more sense and sound way better of you did :) Enjoy :)
