This book contains every thought that comes to my mind. It's about love, life, sadness, happiness, everything. 
There are many hard, or happy, times that you face in your daily life. But the problem is that you can't  express your feelings about these moments. What I'm trying to say is that in this book, you can find the right words that describe any situation you go through.

I'll miss all of you, and I'll miss the occasional happy peaceful mornings when I did not know Truth. I'll miss the solace of lonely nights and weekends spent adoring sunflowers and blooming petals. Flowers, bread, hugs, books, gifts, thoughts, words and pictures are all things that make us feel. They can make us feel happy, sad or exicted. Everything we touch and see , give us a feeling, in it's own way. Love, Sadness, Affection, Bruises, Kindness and all kind of feelings we experience are a sign to something. The problem is that most of us are followed by a curse, an emotional curse, that give us a difficulty of expressing our feelings to our families or friends. For many reasons, perhaps fear, grief, doubt or perhaps because we are not sure we will be heard. In this world full of people, there is surely someone who wants to listen to you, know how you feel and share every feeling with you. It only takes you one thing to do: -To feel free to feel, to express your feelings, to tell them, to discuss them and if you can't at least let us write them.
