I know i had a rough childhood but this guy, this guy was something else he made everything that was wrong in my life right he meant everything to me, even though the bumps and brusies were still there i really didn't care because this guy over the past month has showed me that i can be beautiful and that i am capable of loving someone. Just then I started to hear screamimg from downstairs, my mother shouting, hearing the faint slap as i ran out my bedroom door to see my mum at the bottom of the stairs with my dad grasping my mother's arm who had a red hand mark on her left cheek.

"Oh here comes the daughter acting all brave of her father!"

My dad shouting at me from the bottom of the staircase as i started to gradually move back into my room to lock my door i never realised he was already infront of me...when i suddenely blacked out heading for the floor when i felt a sharp pain hit my face as i stumbled to the ground. Numbness filled my body when all i could hear was the sound of my dad's footsteps fading away, and the sound of my mother crying my name...

"Kayliegh!"
