When Batman caught her she was sent to Belle Reve. Her boyfriend, Carlos, is a mass murder and drug dealer the call him The Devil, that's why the call her the Devil's Queen or the people that don't know that the called her Scar.
When Amanda Waller gets some villains together she chooses her as well as the others. What will happen when Scar meets El Diablo? We she fall for him or go back to Carlos?
