Takashi Komuro and Seako Busujima are lovers, and vampires. They are both pure bloods, which gives them the ability to walk in the sunlight, drink holly water/ cross moving water, eat garlic, and touch crosses with out any harm. 

If a dying human taste their blood, all injuries will be healed, they'll be good as new. But because they are pure bloods, they can chose if they want others in their relationship or let the person have sexual dreams of either vampire.
