In 1993 the US government collected 20 babies. Straight after birth they receive no affection and are refused touches and even looks from the nurses caring for them until they were of age to be able to feed for themselves and have basic understandings; the doctors guess: approximately the age of two and a half. All physical needs were taken care of and conditions sterile to assure no illnesses interfere with the results. A year in to the experiment though, it is discovered and shut down, but not after more then half had died. What they didn't know was that one child, the one with the most promising results was continued in isolation. . . . . The year is 2017. The child, test subject IE16G referred to as Ian, is now 23 years old. No social skills yet astounding intelligence. He is a perfect picture on the outside yet on the inside he is a dangerous mastermind that can not tell the difference between right or wrong. Now, after almost two decades and a half, he has finally escaped from his confinement. And my the lord have mercy on anyone who dares cross his path.
