Allow me to pose the following question - what would happen if God wasn't watching?
Who would lead Heaven? Who would decide the fate of the human race? Who would punish us?
This story follows the perspectives of two individuals, Mai and Zadkiel, twins.
They are the offspring of both a human and an angel, long prophesied to appear to bring about the end of a war waged between the angels of Heaven, angels of Hell and the people of Earth; fighting to see who, in God's stead, is the rightful shepherds of humanity.
Zadkiel; aka Z. is the son of Azazel, first of the divine and the only angel strong enough to be awarded the title of Honorary Archangel, one of the seven rulers of heaven.
Mai; the daughter of Eliza Saldaña, the most powerful magic user to ever live and the most respected leader of the Order of Illumination, one of the few things standing between humanity and total domination.
Though, they have no idea the legacy they lead, nor the weight of the world's salvation that lies on their shoulders, these chosen two will soon trudge through Hell, Purgatory and Heaven in order to end the war and right the wrongs of their ancestors.
