In a fake world where everything is just perfect and peachy, Chloe and Ryan can live happily ever after but in the real world where drama happens to exist mixed with family problems that arise from nowhere followed by the cliche school drama, what will happen for the two lovebirds during their time in high school?
Can they hold the title 'high school sweethearts' or will they end up in misery?
When graduation comes and they end up pursuing their different dreams and attempting long-distance, will their love be strong enough to survive the distance?
That's not all, will the two lovebirds stay together when one of them gets sick and the other one faces a difficult dilemma regarding both of them?
Fast forward nine years, one meet up may change both of their worlds but can they restart their romance against the turmoil of their broken relationship?
