Oscuro is made up of three parts. The high district, where nobles who have special powers reside, safe and secure. The middle district, where citizens live protected by walls and guards. Then there's the lower district, or aptly renamed by the higher districts as the slums.
Living in the lower district is more than tough. Living off of your witts, putting yourself first and never trusting others is the only way to survive. So what happens when ten year old Skylar finds an abandoned infant?

He was someone who changed many things. The Battle of Jiro and Yores continued for three days exactly, and their battle, being heard all over the continent, changed the entire world. But the real story to be told was only beginning....
