A couple centuries ago the blood law was put in place, the blood law being ever crime you commit the darker your blood becomes. The law was put in place to help stop the climbing crime rate which it did, but it never helped with catching the titans detective Ackerman had his work cut out with this case even with his skills.
What will happen when a new recruit with gem like eyes comes in and seems to be helping him on the case, even though he seems oddly familiar.

This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first.
